Shipping Policy
Australia Post is used when shipping any of our products. I will personally post the garments to make sure it is packaged safely. Packaging will be provided by AusPost. The weight and cost has been provided by AusPost and may vary due to different requirements. When posting we make sure to send the products as soon as possible, making sure they arrive fast and efficient.
Return & Refund Policy
If the product is not up to standard, or has some quality issues we are happy to take returns and refund. Or if you would simply like to swap the garment for a new piece we can arrange this also, with free shipping on the new product. This is to make sure all of my customers are satisfied with their products. This policy only applies when the product is first received, so if you have any issues please contact immediately.
